Founding Endeavour in 2006 with former Fidelity colleague Cale Graham, Pat brings over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to Endeavour he spent seven years as Managing Director at Century Capital Management in Boston, where he successfully launched the Century Small Cap Select Fund, assisted the private equity team in fund raising their third Fund CCPIII, then launched the firm’s first institutional SCG separately managed account in 2003 and a Small/Mid cap growth strategy in 2004. Focused on Registered Investment Advisors and Institutional Investors including: State and Corporate Pensions, Sub Advisory and Family Offices. By the end of 2005 both small cap products were closed due to asset growth at $2 billion. Prior to Century, he was the Vice President, Marketing Management at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA responsible for Marketing to Registered Investment Advisors of their custodial platform. Earlier he was the Vice President and Director of Mutual Funds at Wilshire Associates in Santa Monica, CA. Responsible for the marketing and distribution of the Wilshire Target Mutual Funds. Prior to this he was the Senior Key Account Manager with GT Global Mutual Funds in San Francisco where he initially began in Product Management.

Jeff has more than 30 years experience in Asset Management product development, sales, marketing and distribution. He was Senior Managing Director, National Sales Manager at Nuveen Investments. He was also active in the distribution of Alternative Investments across Wire, IBD and RIA channels. Prior to assuming this role, Jeff was President and Executive Managing Director Tradewinds Global Investors LLC. (A Nuveen investment affiliate). Prior to joining Tradewinds in 2014, he was Managing Director overseeing Nuveen’s RIA business channel. Prior to joining Nuveen Jeff was President of Forward Management LLC in San Francisco. Jeff’s experience includes Executive Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing for JPMorgan Private Client Services, Senior Vice President and Head of Managed Accounts for Charles Schwab, and Senior Vice President and Divisional Director of Smith Barney’s Consulting Group (now Morgan Stanley) where he supported Financial Consultants serving high net worth investors and institutions.
Jeff is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and holds a BA in Business Administration from New England College. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
Mark Toomey has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, leading the development of institutional sales teams focused primarily on institutional investors in the US corporate and public pensions markets as well as endowments and foundations Asset classes he worked in as a sales executive include long only equities and fixed income, hedge, private real estate and private equity securities. Largely focused on groups exceeding $1B in AUM, he has been responsible for raising over $8Bn across asset classes. Prior to joining Endeavour, Mark was founder and principal at Calibrated Contact, a strategic consultancy developing distribution and asset gathering strategies in the US with a particular focus on implementation of sales technology. He has held senior positions with industry leading firms including Legal & General Investment Management America, Henderson Global Investors, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Management Trust Company and State Street.
He has a BS with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and holds FINRA Series 7, and 63 securities licenses.
George has over 20 years of experience. He has developed and implemented fee-based products that reside on third party platforms. George spent over 11 years at Fidelity Investments in various roles. He managed portfolios of mutual funds, ETFs, equity and fixed income securities totaling over $1 billion in assets with Fidelity’s Strategic Advisers, served as trusted advisor to high-net worth clients with Portfolio Advisory Services, and managed institutional relationships with Fidelity’s National Financial. Prior to Fidelity George was in Consultant Relations with John Hancock Funds, where he introduced investment only products to consultants.
He has a BBA in Finance from Eastern Kentucky University, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
