Patrick, co-founder of Endeavour, brings over 25 years of industry expertise. At Endeavour, he has led engagements with over 14 investment managers, supporting firms expansion into both the RIA and institutional distribution channels. His strategic consulting has included firm rebranding, new product launches (over seven new funds), gaining access to custodial and research platforms, securing sub-advisory assignments in excess of $700m, and fundraising for traditional strategies and alternative funds.
Before Endeavour, Patrick spent seven years as Managing Director of Marketing and Sales at Century Capital Management in Boston, where he built a dedicated four-person team, focusing on intermediary and institutional segments. Under his leadership, a small-cap growth mutual fund grew to over $1 billion in AUM, while institutional strategies in small and SMID cap expanded by $750 million. He also contributed to fundraising for Century Capital Partners III, the firm’s third private equity fund.
Earlier, Patrick held senior positions as Vice President of Market Management at Fidelity Investments in Boston, Vice President and Director of Mutual Funds at Wilshire Associates in Santa Monica, and Senior Key Account Manager at GT Global Mutual Funds in San Francisco, where he began his career in Product Management.
Patrick holds a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, and 26 securities licenses.
Soraya is a member of the firm’s Board of Advisors and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry as a professional investor and financial writer. At LGT Capital Management, she was Director of US investments and Portfolio Manager, running US mid- to large-cap portfolios and managing a team of junior portfolio managers and equity analysts. She also served as Chief Investment Officer of Latin American Equities, growing the business from start-up into one of the largest US institutional investors in the region with over $2bn in assets. After several successful years in the hedge fund arena managing a series of market neutral long/short funds, Soraya transitioned to financial writing and data analysis. As V.P. of Marketing and Communications for Hennessy Advisors, she focused on writing innovative content to showcase Hennessy’s investment strengths and bolster the firm’s reputation for thought leadership. In June 2022, she started her own consultancy offering client communications services to small and mid-sized asset managers.
Soraya has a BA in Economics from Oxford University, England.
Jeff is a member of the firm’s Board of Advisors and has more than 30 years of experience in Asset Management product development, sales, marketing and distribution. He was Senior Managing Director, National Sales Manager at Nuveen Investments. He was also active in the distribution of Alternative Investments across Wire, IBD and RIA channels. Prior to assuming this role, Jeff was President and Executive Managing Director Tradewinds Global Investors LLC. (A Nuveen investment affiliate). Prior to joining Tradewinds in 2014, he was Managing Director overseeing Nuveen’s RIA business channel. Prior to joining Nuveen Jeff was President of Forward Management LLC in San Francisco. Jeff’s experience includes Executive Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing for JPMorgan Private Client Services, Senior Vice President and Head of Managed Accounts for Charles Schwab, and Senior Vice President and Divisional Director of Smith Barney’s Consulting Group (now Morgan Stanley) where he supported Financial Consultants serving high net worth investors and institutions.
Jeff is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and holds a BA in Business Administration from New England College.
Troy is a member of the firm’s Board of Advisors and has nearly 30 years of experience in the asset management and investment advisory industry. He is a senior executive with a track record of success in enterprise strategy, client acquisition, performance execution, and long-term value creation. Troy played a pivotal leadership role at Mercer and NEPC in establishing these companies as market leaders for OCIO (discretionary) and advisory services with significant emphasis on private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and sustainable investments capabilities. He led engagements with some of the largest institutional investors including corporate, endowment, foundation and healthcare clients. He is the Founder and CEO of Pendlebury Hall LLC, a management consulting and advisory firm partnering with traditional and alternative asset managers to achieve positive financial outcomes for their clients with services focused on capital raising and client servicing.
Troy has a BS in Business Administration, and Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
